Hightone is a private pool-villa development by Phuket9 on the hillside of Karon, approximately 1 km from Karon Beach. The September 2026 sales release lists 12 villas with two to five bedrooms, built-up areas of 325–600 m² and plots of 225–572 m². The developer presents furnished homes with terraces, private pools, parking and a secured residential setting. The project is under construction; Phuket9’s official agency materials state completion in mid-2027.
