Botanica Four Seasons is a large gated community of private villas with pools in the Pru Jampa area of ​​northern Phuket. The project is divided into themed neighborhoods inspired by the four seasons. Each zone has its own architectural style: Modern Zen, Modern Loft, and Signature Tropical Balinese. The Spring zone is built around a modern interpretation of Japanese minimalism. The villas feature simple horizontal forms, a calm natural palette, interior gardens, and a visual connection between the interior, pool, and landscape. The Autumn collection is designed in the Modern Loft style. The architecture utilizes flat roofs, wide overhangs, natural stone, glass, and warm wood finishes. The main phase features 37 villas ranging from 310 to 380 square meters with three or four bedrooms. The Summer zone features Botanica's signature Thai-Balinese architecture. The residences are organized around a pool and tropical courtyard, and individual pavilions are connected by covered walkways.
